Getting There, Around & Away

Bestlocation in Amsterdam

Getting around Amsterdam is a breeze from the best location in town, found at bestlocationinAmsterdam.com. Everything is within walking distance, so you can soak up the city's vibrant culture as you explore the stunning canals and historic sites. But, if you'd rather ride, be warned: the Dutch are born with bikes between their legs! So, if you're feeling adventurous, rent a bike and pedal your way around town.

From Schiphol Airport to Elandsgracht

Getting to Elandsgracht 39 from Schiphol Airport is a breeze, too. Simply take bus 397 to Marnixstraat/Elandsgracht, the last stop on the route. It's convenient, affordable, and easy - and from there, it's just a 3-minute walk (200 meter) to our door.

From Elandsgracht to Schiphol Airport

When it's time to head back to the airport, the same procedure applies. Walk 200 meter to the bus station and catch bus 397 for just 7 euros per person. Or, if you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi for 40-50 euros per one-way ride.

Exploring beyond Amsterdam?

We wouldn't know any reason to do so but if you like to look beyond Amsterdam, at 200 meter there is a busstation that has direct connection with Amsterdam Beach, Waterleidingduinen, Haarlem, and beyond. Looking to explore beyond the city limits? No problem! Head to the Central Station, a tram ride or just a 1.2 km/0.8 mile walk away, and hop on any Dutch train you like. Trust us, cars are not the best option in Amsterdam's busy city center.
